From Within to Without
This renovation of the historic Design-Research Building, the flagship structure of the Architect's Corner, preserves the transparent character of the office building while bringing new life through the landscaping of a new double-height atrium. The interior atrium seamlessly extends into an enchanting exterior courtyard, creating a continuous, immersive experience. A birch grove canopy and dense ground cover define the flow between the atrium and courtyard. More than a renovation, this adaptive reuse initiative celebrates history, nature, and wellness—a sanctuary where the story of architecture unfolds in a thriving, interconnected environment. Welcome to a new chapter in the legacy of the Architect's Corner.
